Isolated Necklifts for Patients in their 30’s and 40’s

A well-defined and contoured jawline is an aesthetically pleasing hallmark of youth. However, due to genetics and the aging process, with time we lose definition of the jawline and neck region contributing to an aged appearance. Depending on your genetics, this may happen earlier for some patients, even in their 30s and 40s. The Isolated Necklift (Necklift only without Facelift) is an ideal solution for these patients.

An isolated Necklift can be a either a traditional necklift that addresses the platysma muscle, or a Deep Necklift. A Deep Necklift will address the platysma muscle and the deeper anatomic structures to include the fat beneath the platysma (subplatysmal fat), digastric muscles, and/or the submandibular glands.

Although many patients benefit from having a facelift since gravity from the face can negatively affect the jawline and neck contour, a younger patient may get a great result from an isolated necklift due to their age.

Dr. Lefkowitz will personalize a treatment plan that addresses your main concerns and determine the best pathway to achieving your goals.
