Out-of-State Patient Photo Directions
In preparation for your upcoming virtual consultation, we ask that you submit a few clear photographs 2-3 days in advance. This will allow Dr. Lefkowitz to better assess your needs and ensure we are fully prepared to provide you with the most accurate and personalized recommendations. Your photos will be utilized during your consultation.
Photo Directions
We’ll need 5 pictures- profile left, 45 degrees left, frontal, 45 degrees right, & profile right. Reference the image below for a visual representation of the images we request from you.
When you are finished taking your pictures, please email them to lift@lefkowitzmd.com.
Tips for Great Pictures
- Use natural light – Avoid flash and backlighting for a clear, even tone.
- Keep a neutral expression – No smiling; aim for a calm, composed look.
- Stand in front of a solid background – Plain backgrounds work best to avoid distractions.
- Take a clear, full-face shot – Not too close; leave some space around the head.
- Keep hair pulled back – Use a headband or ponytail to keep hair off the face and ears.
Things to Avoid
- Heavy makeup – A natural look is preferred to highlight true features.
- Large jewelry – Keep accessories minimal so the focus is on your face.
- Collared or turtleneck shirts – Opt for a simple crew neck or scoop neck.
