Out-of-State Patient Travel Policy for Facial Rejuvenation Patients

Before You Travel

Consultation
A virtual consultation is required to discuss your aesthetic goals, review your medical history, and determine surgical candidacy.

Pricing
Once your surgical plan is set, our patient care coordinator will provide a detailed cost estimate and scheduling details. General pricing is available on our website. 
Preoperative Clearance
Necessary medical clearances and tests may be completed by your primary care physician or specialist to be submitted at least three weeks before surgery.

Arrival & Stay Duration
Please plan to arrive 1-2 days before surgery plus plan to stay at least 7-10 days post-surgery for monitoring and follow-ups based on your procedure. 
Companion Requirement
A responsible adult must accompany you for at least the first 48 hours after surgery to assist with care and transportation. 
Lodging Arrangements 
We recommend nearby hotels or recovery centers suited for post-op patients. Contact us for recommendations.

Follow-Up Visits
Depending on procedure, at least 1-3 in-person follow-ups will occur. Additional visits depend on your procedure and recovery. 
Emergency Contact
You’ll receive direct contact information for post-surgical concerns. In emergencies, visit your nearest medical facility. 
Travel Clearance
You’ll be medically cleared before heading home to ensure safe travel.
Follow-ups
Virtual follow-ups will be available for continued monitoring after returning home.
